Our logo came out of love of Birmingham and us wanting to pay homage to how our roots are seeded in the coal, iron, and steel industries.
The name Forge came about because it represents a few things:
Putting in work, making the decision to take your health into your own hands.
Staying driven towards your goal of optimal spine health, creating change in your life.
Allowing us to serve you and help your body to function as it was intended to do through neurologically based chiropractic care.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
We're so excited that you're here and interested in chiropractic care! Together we truly believe that we can Forge a path to better health! At Forge Chiropractic, your first visit will take place over the course of two days to ensure that we thoroughly assess everything and create the best care plan possible for you. ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION
We will start by introducing you to our staff and showing you around the office so that you can feel comfortable and learn more about us and principled chiropractic. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. With the in depth consultation we will determine the root cause of your health issues.
NEUROLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
Through a series of chiropractic exams, along with the CLA Insight Technology, we will be able to determine the root cause of your health issues.
If needed, we will take chiropractic postural specific x-rays. This information will help us to develop a personalized recommendation for your care.
REPORT OF FINDINGS
Once we have gone over all of the areas of your examination and x-rays we will develop a care plan that suits your needs. We will go over the specific care in our office and our team will review these findings with you so that you can have a better understanding of how we developed the care plan specifically for you.
